DARK CHOCOLATE is Good Chocolate

Are you worried that you might be eating too much chocolate this holiday season . .  . Well, please let me shed some light on your battle between indulging in some deliciousness that is Maroon Bells chocolate or wanting to keep your winter weight off.  The magic words are Flavonoids and Flavanols . . . to explain its a group of chemical compounds that has antioxidant properties that come from plants.
